Ambertick Natural Flea & Tick Solution

Summertime is coming. That can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. As a pet owner it means the fleas are about to get worse. You all know I don’t like or trust harsh chemicals for cleaning and I certainly don’t want to bath my dogs in them or strap them to their necks!

Ambertick is a wonderful alternative to nasty chemicals. It works naturally using the properties of Baltic Amber to repel fleas and ticks. There are so many reasons I am really excited about this. First and foremost it is natural.

There are two ways it works to keep your pets free from fleas and ticks. The first is it’s aroma. Amber has aromatic chemicals called terpenes that are released when amber is heated or rubbed. When the collar is on your pet their fur absorbs the odor from the amber and that repels ticks and fleas.

The second way it works is because a static electrical charge is generated when amber is rubbed against your pets fur. The dog or cat will not feel this but every flea or tick that tries to get on your pet will! It will get a little shock and fall off.

The longer your pet wears the collar the more effective it will be, so you want to leave it on them all day everyday. It takes about two weeks to get the full effect from the collar and best of all these are very long lasting- around two years or better!

We have noticed a difference in Cleo, who is wearing the Ambertick, versus our other pets who are not. I am so happy to have found a natural solution that works that I am going to be purchasing Ambertick collars for my other three dogs and Sam the cat!

  1. this looks awesome... I was told by the vet that Frontline is becoming less effect against treating fleas so not only are you putting a harsh chemical on your dog.. but it doesnt work! This looks like something I will have to try with dex!
