Seductively French Massage Oil Candle

I love getting a massage. For some reason I build a lot of tension in my shoulders and nothing gets rid of it better than a relaxing massage. I also like to have the relaxing mood set with candles; there is nothing more relaxing than a candlelight massage. It does my mind and body good! I've tried a lot of different types massages and different massage oils and creams but I had never tried  or even heard of a massage candle. As you might imagine I was very happy to get the chance to try a massage oil candle from Seductively French.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was the lovely scent of lavender and vanilla, I couldn't wait to have the time to light it and get a massage! Before I lit it I rubbed  my finger over the top just to see the texture and it is very different than a ‘regular’ candle, it has a bit of a creamy feel to it. In fact it felt like lotion on my finger tips after I rubbed it.

It’s in a pretty shiny silver jar that is neutral and will go great with the room décor in most any room. For a massage you need to let it burn for twenty minutes and form a melt pool. You will notice a very faint and pleasant scent as it burns. It doesn't have a strong smell but that is because it is for massage not to freshen your room. Once it has burned for twenty minutes you are ready. The wax in the melt pool is considerably cooler than I expected and won’t burn or hurt at all. Obviously you want to check first but I found it to be a pleasant relaxing warm.

On your skin it feels more like a thick oil than a lotion and helps the massager’s hands glide smoothly over your skin. The warm oil as opposed to room temperature lotion or oil adds sensuality to the massage in addition to the heat relaxing the muscles. Now that I've tried it I can honestly say this is one of my favorite ways to get a massage.
