When you spoil your pets as often as I spoil mine it is really great, and almost necessary, to find a good place for one stop spoiling. I recommend Chewy.com. They carry some very unique and healthy snacking options for your dogs and cats. It is true I have some very spoiled dogs. But even my spoiled babies have never tasted duck before! In fact I've never tasted duck, and I wasn't always a vegetarian.
I should have said they never had duck before now, because they did just get to try some! I really love watching them when they get to try something new. There is a great excitement in the air and the faces they make are priceless. They seemed to know right when I pulled out the bag that it was for them. It was almost as if they could read Orijen Freeze Dried Treats! As you can see from the picture Cleo was ready on hind legs, begging, before the bag was even opened. They have a strange sixth sense about which bags are for them and which are for me.
Orijen makes a wonderful selection of freeze dried treats that are made from 100 percent meat! My babies really enjoyed the Brome Lake Duck variety. They are 100 percent duck, just two delicious ingredients were listed: duck liver and boneless duck. I could tell by the reaction that all four of my dogs really appreciated the quality. The pieces were small bite size chucks. They felt dry to the touch and reminded me of the texture of the ice cream we used to get at the space center, you know the kind they take with then into space. You can smell that the treats are meat, and the dogs certainly could smell it too, but it isn't an overpowering or unpleasant smell.
I may be a vegetarian but my dogs are not. We realize that they are carnivores by nature and really appreciate that these treats give them that pure game source of nourishment that they crave.
If you are looking for some great treats for your furry friends I recommend giving Chewy.com a browse because they have a huge selection of healthy treats that is sure to please every pet and pet owner. In addition to treats and food you can also find a range of other pet related items such as beds and toys! You can also connect with Chewy.com on Facebook!
