Velata Melters and Fondue! & a Giveaway

I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone who didn’t like chocolate. I also can’t think of much that would be improved by dunking it in lovely creamy chocolate fondue! I used to have a fondue restaurant very close by but not anymore. We don’t have a city nearby as you know so things like that are pretty much a thing of the past. When I say fabulous I mean it! Oooey Gooey chocolate goodness. I was blessed to get to try a warmer and three varieties of the delicious fondue. The warmer I have is the curve model in Clementine, which is a lovely white and orange model. The warmer is so easy to use just plug in and then pour in your melted fondue. The warmer keeps it a perfect temperature for you! It even comes with four forks that have handles to match the color of your warmer. I love the bright colors of the warmers they are perfect for party centerpieces!  

We tried the Dark Chocolate, which was my husbands easy favorite. He has always preferred dark chocolate. We also had the milk chocolate which I think would be the most versatile. The last one we tried and the one I simply loved was the caramel milk chocolate. We both really liked them all but the caramel one was just so nice to me that it inspired me to make something I hadn’t made in a long while- fried canned biscuit doughnuts. 

We had the fondue on strawberries, cherries, graham crackers sticks but I think the best was on the doughnuts! If you have never had fried doughnuts I seriously suggest you try them now! It couldn’t be easier: open can, fry, and top with Velata fondue!  

In addition to the three chocolate fondue flavors we tried you can also get white chocolate and four varieties of cheese fondue: cheddar, bacon cheddar, smoked gouda, and fiesta queso! Plus they offer mixable which add something extra to the already delicious fondue varieties. The mixable come in mocha, raspberry, peppermint and orange.
