Mommy Makeup

I am sure that most of you know by now that I am a working mother of two. Between work, the children, and the blog, I usually never have a day off. My work shifts start anywhere between 5 and 8 AM and, since I work with the public, there is no rolling out of bed and going for me. That being said, I do place a high value on my sleep and don't want to spend an hour doing my makeup and hair when I could be getting that extra, precious sleep. 

Recently, I came across a brand, Mommy Makeup, that is revolutionizing the way busy women do their makeup. With products that are multipurpose and easy to use, they claim to cut your makeup application time in half compared to traditional products. Another great thing about this brand is that all of their products are made right here in the US, allergy tested, hypo-allergenic, and certified cruelty free. Can't get any better than that, huh?

From the Mommy Makeup line, I got the chance to try out the Any Wear Creme which is a creme-to-powder product that can be used on the eyes, lips, and cheeks. I chose Golden Caramel which is described as a caramel brown with golden shimmer. It is available in 6 shades total, and I am really considering purchasing them all! I took pictures of my swatch both in the shade and in direct sunlight. You can see that this is a great gold color with wonderful dimensions. You could easily wear just this on your eyes and have a look that creates its own depth with no crease colors or shading necessary. 

To the left is the look that I created with this product. I really love this eye look and have been wearing it a lot. In total, it takes me about 15 minutes to create, including all of my face makeup. It lasts all day and still looks just as beautiful when I come home after a long day at work. I usually stay away from creme products because I tend to have oily eyelids, but since this is a creme-to-powder product, I don't have to worry about it slipping, sliding, smudging, or creasing. I am totally in love with this Any Wear Creme!
