I am so glad to hear how much you have all been enjoying hearing about my adventures in adult coloring! I am also tickled that some of you have joined me. If not, I must mention again, this is the best, absolutely the best, way I have found to relax and meditate.Today I want to share with you my thoughts in another title in the Color Me Mindful Series.
This series was designed with the intent of relaxation and mindfulness, and it hits the mark spot on. I find after just a half of an hour I feel as relaxed as if I had been doing yoga. I am a huge fan of the ocean and all of it's beauty. That may be because I am a Florida girl or it may be because it is just such a magical place. No matter the reason, I do find it magical and in and of itself relaxing.
Color Me Mindful Underwater by Anastasia Cartris captures that magic perfectly. I am so in love with the whimsy and beauty of the designs. They are all extraordinary and sure to open your creative mind. The illustrations have the most fun details that really encourage unusual color play and make me feel young at mind again. There are fifty beautiful black and white illustrations of fish, turtles, coral, and other amazing ocean life that will inspire you to create beauty and magic.
I really have loved this whole series and I am so happy you have followed me while I told you about all three books. I saved a surprise for this last post!
