You guys should all know my Sam by now. In case you are just joining me, Sam is my cat. Sam is my only cat, and we have four dogs. Needless to say he actually thinks he is a dog and has picked up some dog habits! The worst of which is making a mess when eats and drinks.
I haven’t caught him in the act of spilling his food yet, but it is always there, around the dish, on the floor, just shouting for ants to come and get it. The water bowl I have caught him spilling and it is the strangest thing. I think he is testing to make sure there is water, because he sticks his paw in the dish and then when he gets it wet he shakes it off and starts drinking.
Neater Feeder has me covered for both issues. The design is awesome and leaves my clean-up after Sam at his food bowls so much easier. Any food he spills out of the bowl stays on the top, where I can easily collect it. When he spills out water it collects in the bottom tray. All I have to do take off the top tray and then empty the lower one into the sink.
I love how easy it is to clean too. It has really smooth surfaces so it won’t collect crud like things with grooves would. You can either hand wash it, or throw it in the dishwasher. Make sure you rinse off all the soap and you are all set.
I can’t even begin to express how nice it is not to have a wet floor and not to step on little pieces of cat foods. Even if you don’t have a particularly messy animal the Neater Feeder can still come in handy. I've bumped the bowl a time or two, spilling out water, and the Neater Feeder stops that from becoming an issue at all.
They are offered in several sizes: cat or small. medium and large dog sizes. They also offer leg extensions if you need a taller bowl. The set up couldn't be easier because everything just rests together, with the exception of the leg extenders which easily snap on.

ReplyDeleteI would love to win a neater feeder for my fur kids. They already share a large bowl in the kitchen which they manage to spill and splash resulting in many wet socks and much floor wiping! I have eight dogs, including three rescues and two rescue kitties. I don't think I've ever been more excited about a pet product than this as it would be very useful to have. Thank you for the chance to win!

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, this product is a dream come true! My doberman is the worlds worst at keeping her water in the bowl or in her mouth. I'm constantly reminding her to share (we have a beagle mix and chihuahua too). The Large copper colored would satisfy all our needs.
