BA*STAR Cosmetics Outlasts My Day

You ladies know I love trying new makeup and it can be a challenge to find a brand that offers something different. When I do find something fabulous I just have to share it with you. The main complaint most women tell me about when it comes to makeup is that is just doesn’t last. You can leave the house in morning looking awesome, and by lunch everything is a hot mess. Imagine the challenge performers must have when it comes to makeup!

The first thing I tried is the Glue Eye Shadow & Glitter Base, which is perfect for cheerleading, dancers, or stage performers. It is super easy to use, the applicator reminds me of  a lip gloss applicator. What is super about this is that it helps your eye shadow look stay on no matter what you are doing.  Plus it adds some glitz too with it’s metallic sparkle. This is my kind of glue- all glitzy girls need this.

The other product I was lucky to try is one of the New BA*STAR Eye Shadow Palettes! These are awesomely pigmented shadows, which are so long lasting. The new palettes come in two combinations one for a midnight smoky look and the other for a natural look. I tried the natural and had great results. The shades are perfect for creating several looks using two or more of the colors. I used three of the shades to  create the look you see in the pictures.

I love that the eye shadow can be applied in layers to give you as natural or dramatic a look as you want. I found it blended very easily and allowed me to create a shadow effect where I wanted. I love that these shades all had that extra glitzy sparkle to them too, even when blended down. The very best part was that it lasted until I washed off at the end of the day.
