Simplified Watercolor Landscapes From Leisure Arts

Hello crafters! I have always wanted to learn how to paint. I am not the best at drawing but I do have an eye for color and painting always seemed like it would be so relaxing! I have never really known where to start but luckily Leisure Arts has my back, like always! Simplified Watercolor Landscapes has step-by-step instructions that even a novice like myself can understand!

In this 56 page book, there are 12 step-by-step projects. There is also an awesome graph of how Tom Jones sets up his painting area to give you an idea of how to step up your own area. Also, in the beginning of the book, there is a list of supplies to get you well on your way to creating landscapes yourself. I found this very useful since I didn't have any supplies and had no idea where to start in the craft aisle.

I am no where near a professional artist but with this book, I definitely have a good foundation to start learning how to work with watercolors and start creating my very own landscapes. I will be sure to keep you all updated as a venture into the world of painting. Are any of you painters? What is your favorite project that you have done? I would love to hear about them!

Take some time to browse Leisure Arts' great selection and make sure you also connect with Leisure Arts on Facebook and Twitter so that you never miss a special or new pattern! Also, if you sign up for their knitting or crochet newsletters, you get a free pattern on Fridays!

Disclosure: I may receive products in exchange for an honest review. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I personally believe will be good for my readers.
