Snacking good with i heart keenwah!

Finding a snack I can enjoy and not have to feel guilty about eating can be a real challenge. Most of the time, if I am being honest, healthy snacks are pretty tasteless and leave me still wanting a snack. There are a few exceptions. Have you ever heard of quinoa? I had tried it before as a side dish and liked it well enough, but I never really thought of it as a snack before.

i heart keenwah recognized that quinoa was not only a super food with a tremendous amount nutrition, but that it was also a wonderful tasting and sweetly satisfying snack. First, I want to share with you some of why you don’t need feel guilty snacking on i heart keenwah. It has all nine essential amino acids, the same kind of protein found in meat and dairy, fiber, magnesium, vitamins and it is gluten free.

Now I know what you are thinking, ‘it must taste like health food.’ I tried the Ginger Peanut flavor and it was wonderfully sweet. To me it was a surprising cross between peanut brittle and granola. The ginger is very subtle and builds as you continue to snack. It was very crunchy and had a good amount of sweetness. I was really happy by how this satisfied my snack craving and it was also wonderfully filling, having much more staying power than a typical snack.

i heart keenwah is also available in three other flavors that I can’t wait to try: almond, cranberry cashew and chocolate sea salt. The chocolate sea salt sounds divine to me. Which do you think you would love? One thing I really love is that the ingredients list is all recognizable, real ingredients.
