It’s been several months, okay years, since I started noticing signs of aging on my face. I really was struck by the lines around my eyes and forehead. Ever since then I have been on the hunt for something to reverse, or at least pause the lines. Finding anti-aging products is pretty easy. However finding some that will be effective, yet gentle enough for someone with sensitive skin can be a challenge. RoC is a brand I have heard of and one that I have heard good things about from my more mature friends. As you might imagine I was thrilled to get the chance to try two of their great products.
The new RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Night Cream is applied either alone or under your regular moisturizer and then you go to bed and let it work. At first I did notice a little tingly sensation but after the first few uses my skin must have become more used to it because I don’t notice it anymore. I also did have a little redness at the start but that too diminished with use. As per the instructions since it was my first time I have been using it every other night. This is the consistency of a silky lotion and blends in nicely. It has a pleasant enough smell. I give my face a good once over in the morning and at night and have noticed some improvement, especially on my forehead. I am sure with more time I will have more dramatic results and I will keep you posted.
I have also been using the new RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream. This helps with lines, wrinkles and even dark circles. To use this you apply small dots around the eyes and gentle massage until it is all absorbed. You can do this once or twice a day and it can be used under your make-up. I used this every other day as well and haven‘t noticed any irritation. The consistency of this is thinner than a lotion and it did have a slight medicine smell, which wasn't too strong to be bothersome.
Both of these are specially designed to be used by women who are new to retinol or who have had previous sensitivity to retinol. It has a milder strength of retinol and releases slowly throughout the night. What’s awesome is that in clinical studies 96% of women with previous sensitivity had no redness or irritation. I have always been nervous about retinols just because of my sensitive skin but knowing it's success rate with women who have sensitivities made me feel safe enough to try this.

Disclosure: I may receive products in exchange for an honest review. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I personally believe will be good for my readers.
I think this sounds great. I have had a lot of issues with sensitive skin and I have a few lines around my eyes already that I would love to have some kind of help with.
