New From Sally Hansen

I love having fabulous looking nails, don’t you? I mean seriously, when my nails are a hot mess I am so self conscious about shaking hands or even talking to people, because I am expressive with my hands. I often just stick them in my pockets when they are chipped or not polished. Usually I have my nails done because I’m not very good with doing them myself, but Sally Hansen makes some wonderful, easy to do, nail products that helped me get a salon look at home. And ladies if I can do it, so can you!

I’ve been trying out the latest things from Sally Hansen and wanted to share with you my great results! I tried the new Fuzzy Coat polish. The shade I tried is called Peach Fuzz and it is a clear polish with lovely peach, orange, yellow type flakes in it. It took about four coats before I had a look I was happy with, but I expected as much with this type of polish and couldn't have been happier with the end result! Isn't it lovely?

Up next I tried the Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips. It was my very first time using nail strips and I have to say that other than me struggling to eye which size would fit best, these were super easy to use. Just look at how stunning my results are, I mean really. I bet it would have cost a fortune to get such a fancy polish job at my salon.

Before doing the strips I prepped my nails by buffing them and using a little polish remover to make sure the surface was clean. Then to put these on all you do is pick the size you want for that nail, peel off the backing, and apply. You file off the excess and voila you have perfect nails. What I really love is there is no dry time. I usually ruin my nails while waiting for them to dry!

Up last, since I was feeling really adventurous was the Salon Gel Polish. I had the starter kit which comes with: 6 watt LED lamp, gel base coat, gel nail color, gel top coat, nail cleanser pads, acetone remover, cuticle stick, file and buffer - everything you need to create a perfect gel manicure. I simply adore being able to give myself a gel polish that lasts this long! It really does last at least two weeks!

Disclosure: I may receive products in exchange for an honest review. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I personally believe will be good for my readers.
