Lee Jeans Spring Fashions

Spring is in the air, well in some places, some days - other days snow is still in the air. However, I didn’t let that stop me from adding some ‘Spring’ to our wardrobe. I love this time of year, and the bright fresh colors and styles.  Let’s face it, any reason to add something to my wardrobe is welcome. Most of the time me and my husband live in jeans and casual clothes in general, so our go to brand for styles all year round is Lee. Lee really is jeans and they have so much more to offer than traditional blue jeans (which we love)!

While my husband isn’t ready for Spring colors he was desperately in need of some fresh jeans. He works and plays very hard so I like to outfit him in something that looks great and will last under his constant action. For him we tried the Lee Premium Select in a classic straight leg. The color was a deep blue called Boss. When he first put on the jeans I was so impressed by how nicely they fit him. When I asked him how they felt he said, ‘they are like slipping into a new pair of your old favorite jeans.’ I told him he should be the blogger - that was a very good description! He went further to tell me the fabric was soft against his skin which is rare in jeans and they had a nice feel to the fit with a touch of stretch. The jeans look like they were tailor made for him and the best part of all is I know they will last. Lee guarantees it!

Now you know I had to freshen up my look too. For Spring I really love the mid length styles, they allow me to stay cool, look flattering, and at Lee they come in all sort of fabulous colors! The Comfort Fir Bristol Capri is so much fun! It is made from their sinfully soft fabric, which really is sinfully soft, and has a no-gap waist band, which means you don‘t have to worry about showing your underclothes. These rest just below the waist and come down to just below the knees, where they have some adorable ties. Speaking of adorable, inside the waist and pockets they have a really fun patterned fabric. In addition to the back flaps, and two traditional pockets at the waist, there is also a pocket on the side of the right leg. This style comes in a lovely Mermaid Green, Raspberry, White and the shade I have on called Rinse, which is a darker blue shade.

I also fell in love with the Comfort Fit Gretchen Skimmer style. These are a great stretchy twill Skimmer that fits and moves perfectly. The material is light and breathable and also has the sinfully soft no-gap waistband like the other pair. The wear just below the waist and are calf length. These have six pockets; two back, two waist and two on the sides of the legs. One thing about these that instantly caught my eye was the beautiful stitching on the pockets. The attention to detailing there really adds so much to the finished look - they are adorable.  They come in Black, Driftwood, and the color I have which is called Bayside Green. I think both styles that I picked are prefect for a relaxing casual day but can also be paired with more stylish tee or even a short sleeve button up for a more dress causal look as well.

No matter your style preference, I would wager Lee has something to fill your Spring needs and wants for the whole family.  The range of styles and colors is really breathtaking.
