Fiberlinks Underpads and Pillow Protectors

As someone who struggles with health issues I spend a lot of time in bed, more than I like, for sure. Since I spend so much time in bed I invested a lot of money in making sure I have a comfy mattress and pillows. The last thing I want is for accidents to destroy my investment. The first item I want to tell you about is the pillow protector from the Comfort Shield Collection. It has a waterproof backing that is still breathable, so you can protect the pillow without getting that sweaty plastic feeling because the surface is 80 percent cotton and feels nice to the touch.

It also adds dust mite protection which is a huge must for me because I have horrible allergies. It has a zipper closure so it is really easy to put on and take off for cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, it is super easy to clean because you can machine wash and dry it. I love it and want one for all of the pillows on the bed.

From the AmeriCare line I was able to try the Absorbent Underpads.  These are great when you want to be able to pull them off without having to undo the whole bed. They come in sizes that are big enough for full coverage or small enough just to cover the area under you. They have a waterproof backing and the top is a really soft quilted material.

They are soft to lay on and don’t bunch up while you are sleeping. Plus we poured some water on them as a test and found that they are really absorbent so your bed will get great protection. I like being able to know that if I spill a drink or have an accident, my mattress will be totally protected.

Plus, if we do have an accident these can be washed with bleach so that you are sure they are fresh and germ free when you put them back on the bed. The quality of the materials is awesome and the side stitching looks like it will last for years. This will be the only underpad we need.
