Purex Crystals for Baby Review & Giveaway

I love the smell and feel of fresh laundry and I really wish it lasted longer. Especially now that it is chilly out, there is nothing more relaxing than cuddling under a soft, fresh smelling, fleece blanket with a good book and a cup of hot chocolate.

There are a few products designed to make sure your laundry stays fresher longer, but I can’t use most of them.  I have sensitive skin and that means most really nice smelling laundry soaps or additives are off limits to me. In fact as you may remember I usually just opt for baby products because I find them less irritating as a rule.

Purex has a great new laundry enhancer designed for babies and safe for sensitive skin - Purex Crystals for Baby. It works in conjunction with my baby detergent to gently make my clothes stay fresher for longer. Like the other Purex Crystal this one for babies is 87% natural. It is hypoallergenic, dye free, and safe for use on all clothes, even babies sleep clothes.

It is really easy to use too. All you do it pop off the cap, which has measuring lines based on the size of the load, and pour in the crystals. You fill to the line you want and add the crystals to the start of the wash with your detergent. It has a beautiful baby inspired fragrance that lasts beyond days into weeks.

It is so nice being able to pull out a blanket or any article of laundry a week after you wash it and still have it as fresh and soft as you would expect it to be on wash day. I've even used it to freshen the blanket I lay on the couch so the dogs can sit on it and it smells as clean and fresh as it was before my four fur-babies sat on it!
