Delicious & Nutritious Thrive! Ice Cream

When I think of ice cream, in addition to making myself want a bowl, I imagine a rich, creamy ,decadent treat. It is something to be savored, every once in a rare while. It’s one of those treats that instantly makes my soul feel better! I’m not fussy about flavor either, I love them all.

Wouldn't it be great if you could eat ice cream more often and not have to feel guilty? I have a wonderful ice cream to tell you about that not only do you not have to feel guilty about eating, you can actually feel good about indulging!

Thrive has as much protein as an egg, as much calcium as a glass of milk and as much potassium as a banana! This wonderful ice cream as 24 vitamins and minerals, fiber and 4 probiotic live cultures. I know what you are thinking. If it has all that it must have that chalky vitamin shake taste and I’m glad to tell you, you would be wrong.

Thrive has a creamy mouse like texture. It is like a premium ice cream and the flavors are all wonderful! I found them all to taste like ice cream, not vitamin shakes. They come in four wonderful flavors: strawberry, homestyle vanilla, milk chocolate and chocolate fudge.

My favorite was the strawberry, which was a perfect afternoon treat! They last me a good while too because I watch calories and eat them in two days rather one since they have 250 calories a pot. My husband who has a super human metabolism eats a pot in one sitting. He loves the milk chocolate flavor and proudly announces he is taking his tasty vitamins when he sits down to indulge.

My elderly mother is supposed to take a nutritional meal supplement daily but really can’t stand the shakes and we have tried so many brands and flavors. She never misses having a frozen treat though and you wouldn't believe how happy she was to hear about Thrive. Now we have no problems getting her to take her vitamins! The only problem I can see is keeping enough around for everyone!
