Keep Track With the Ozeri 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer

I really do try to stay in shape but it isn't always easy, especially since I spend so much time at my desk. I have been told time and time again by my doctor that I need to walk more and I really do try. I even think I do really good at times, but now that I have a pedometer I have to look at the numbers and admit I don’t really do that well.

My new Ozeri 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology and Dual Walking & Running Modes is my new motivational tool. Having this not only keeps me honest about how well I am doing, but gives me motivation to do better.

Not only does it count the steps you take it also counts the time you spend walking, the distance you walk, and the calories you burn. The data is tracked daily and reset at midnight but it also keeps track of your total steps up to 999,9999 steps! Plus it will keep the distance, step, calories and time spent each day for the last 30 days. That is so useful for when you want to evaluate how you have been progressing.

It comes with a lithium battery already installed and it powers itself down after 3 minutes of inactivity, in order to save battery life. When you need to change the battery it comes with a mini screwdriver so you can get into the compartment. It reminds me of the kind I use on my glasses.

This pedometer is really neat in that it works no matter how you have it orientated. You can clip it on your waist or put it in your pocket. There is even an extra clip on the little band you attach. I clipped that on my belt loop. It was really easy to set up too. You will need to put in your stride and they give you all the information you need to calculate that. Then you can set the date and time etc, which is also really easy.

The big mode button lets you switch between operating modes so you can track whichever way you feel like. I tend to keep mine on steps but I occasionally check distance too.  If you want to start your step count over you can press and hold the rest button. You also use the reset button to scroll through the memory

I am so thrilled by how simple to use yet motivational this little pedometer has been. When you are ready to look at the numbers and get serious about moving more then you should consider the Ozeri 4x3runner Digital Pocket 3D Pedometer with Tri-Axis Technology and Dual Walking & Running Modes, it has everything I have needed and features I didn’t even realize I needed.
