Kona Kase

You know I love subscription boxes and I have a great one to tell you about today! The Kona Kase is a monthly box of goodies to fuel your active lifestyle. I like goodies, and I especially like goodies that I can feel good about eating.  

The first thing that we pulled out the box were the caveman cookies. Honestly, what happened was Andrew saw the cookies and ate one and half before he even told me! He really enjoyed them and said they were possibly the softest, chewiest cookie he had ever had. These cookies are all natural and totally yummy!

Health Warrior Chia Bars are lovely, 100 calorie bars, loaded with great things like omega 3’s, fiber, antioxidants, and protein. The flavor we tried was the Acai Berry. I loved the taste and texture as much as I love the nutrition. 

Have you ever tried an energy gel? I hadn't, but included was a Body Glove Surge in double espresso flavor. This seems like a great alternative to some of the over sweetened, high calorie, energy drinks when you need an extra boost.

We were nice and shared the Enjoy Life seed and fruit mix. We are such huge fans of seeds. The mix we tried was Mountain Mambo and had a blend of sunflower kernels, pumpkin seeds, raisin, apples, chocolate chips and cranberries.    

I have yogurt every day and love to add extras. I added the lovely Barbara Llewellyn Granola to my yogurt. This was a nice natural and crunchy granola. This is even perfect to just munch straight out of the bag.
