Del Sol - Color Changing Clothes Review

 

 I sure do love clothes and when I find clothes that have something special about them, I am intrigued to say the least. Del Sol is a clothing and accessory company that offers color changing products. Their products contain Spectrachrome crystals that open and close when exposed to sunlight. When they open, or close, a hidden color is revealed making your items take on a totally new color! How cool is that? Adorable clothing with science!

I was very excited when the nice people over at Del Sol offered to send a few of their products to review. The first thing I received was The Scoop Tee in Feather Flourish. This shirt is so awesome! It fits awesome and is very soft. The design is really cool as well. Unfortunately, here in Georgia it has been rainy and overcast so I couldn't get any pictures of the items changing colors, but that doesn't take away from how much I love them! The shirt is a little bit longer than most t-shirts, which I really appreciate. As I have previously stated, I absolutely cannot stand when my shirt lifts up; it drives me crazy. Luckily this shirt is long enough that I won't have to worry about it!

I also received a shirt for my husband. He chose the Men's T-Shirt - Dead Men Tell No Tales. Now, he isn't as huge of a clothing lover as me but he was really impressed with his shirt. He said it was soft, comfortable and fit well. We both really liked the design and I liked how it fit him. His shirt was also a little longer than the average t-shirt and he liked that as well. He seems to have the same pet peeve that I do about shirts raising when you are moving about. Also, after washing, we didn't notice the shirts shrinking or fading. They fit and looked just as good as the day we got them!

One of the other things I seem to collect are sunglasses. You just can't beat a good pair of cute sunglasses. Not only are they useful but they can add a little bit of flare to your outfit. I was really happy to see the Lahaina Aloha Sunglasses in my box. They are really cute and feel very sturdy. They also offer great sun protection while sporting adorable flowers on the arms. A pair of sunglasses can be cute but they are useless if their lens are too light to actually block the sun! You definitely won't have that problem with these glasses. They also come with an awesome lifetime warranty the protects against loss, theft, and damage. How many other warranties cover loss and theft? Awesome.

The last product I received was a nail polish in VIP. Without sun the polish is silver rainbow glitter. With sun, it changes to cranberry glitter. This polish is pretty awesome. Not only does it change colors but it dries really quick and lasts a long time. I was pretty impressed with the quality. With two coats, you can wear it by itself or with one coat, it can be a really cool top coat and bring a new life to a polish you already own!
