I have four of the most amazing best friends in my dogs. They add so much to life and I like to make their days as fun as possible. One of their favorite things to do is run at the lake. It really is beautiful to watch them let go and have fun like that too. The challenge I have can be getting their leads snapped back on should someone turn up that is afraid of dogs or when I otherwise need to get them back on the leads.
I’m not near as agile as my fury kids and a treat isn’t always as effective as I would like at getting them to heel. Mostly because they are just curious and extra friendly. Rad Dog has an awesome solution for when you want to let your dogs be mostly off leash. The Release & Run collar and lead combo.This is really a simple yet cleaver design that was long overdue and so very perfect for us. The leash is retractable and stays right on the collar at all times. I never have to chase them down to reattach a leash again! They don’t even notice the leash either, they are business as usual.
One thing I really love is that it is okay to go in the water too. I mean we are at the lake and Patches especially likes to take a fast dip from time to time. The leash is 4 feet which is a great length for easy control and it is made of durable high quality materials.They come in several colors and look really nice on. The leash part is hidden in a band and you really don’t notice it all. It just looks like a fancy collar. I am so in love with the Release & Run. Now when we get to the lake all we have to do is walk the dogs far enough out to see if we are alone and then let go.

ReplyDeleteHonestly I love all of their products. My dogs would particularly love the himalyian dog chews and the double duty leash would also be useful for my big boy. I have eight dogs, three of which are rescues. I allow my dogs off leash most of the time. I really like this release and run leash. It would be perfect for my rescue pit bull. His size and breed intimidate people sometime even though he's a big baby, so this leash would be great to have for him to allow him his off leash running and playing but allowing me to quickly and easily have him on lead beside me when necessary.
