Loot Crate / Titan

Loot Crate (which you should know all about by now) is a monthly subscription box full of hand-picked, awesome geek and gamer products.  You should also know just how very excited I get each month when it arrives. My geeky little hearts just squeals with delight!

The March 2014 Loot Crate theme was “Titan” and was centered around the video game Titanfall which was just released on March 11th. I have not had a chance to play TitanFall yet and I am sure my husband will beat me to it because he is the more avid gamer in the house. Anyway, here is what was included:

Titanfall T-Shirt: The shirt has the Titanfall logo and a pilot who is inside of a titan. What is really neat is that this t-shirt, which was a collaboration with Respawn Entertainment & EA, is exclusive to Loot Crate!  It is based off the design that used to be available to the development team and now it is only available to Loot Crate members which is just awesome!

  

Attack on Titan Manga 1: This was included for those, like me, who aren’t familiar with Titanfall. It is the “manga” (Japanese comic) that started it all.  The book reads backwards, which I have never done before, as is how Japanese books read from what I gather, but it is in English! Plus it has bonus stuff that you won’t find in the original series.

Titanfall C101 Lanyard: The lanyard is a custom design from Loot Crate (you get a lot of fun custom items as a Crater) it is based on the official C101 custom versions of the console and controller.  I love the very futuristic design and seriously if you head to the cons you need a lanyard.

Attack on Titan – Scouting Regiment Wristband:  Loot Crate members can wear this while playing and be part of a bigger Loot Crate army. Then you can take comfort that you are on the front lines together and looking fabulous in the best geek and gaming gear!

Attack on Titanfall Magnet: I love all of the magnets I get as part of the Crate and so does my fridge. This one is no different and it will soon be living comfortably on the fridge with my other lovelies. I seriously have the coolest fridge in town.

Titanfall Strategy Guide: This is a strategy guide to give you a little head start on your game play! My husband will want to play without it but I personally love taking a sneak peak at what is coming up and any strategical help is always welcomed.
