Healthy Hair With VERB

My hair used to be pretty damaged. After a year (and counting) of no dying and using heat tools less often, my hair is finally starting to look and feel healthy again. My last dye job has almost grown out and I recently had 5 inches of fried hair cut off. During this 'hair quest', if you will, I have also been paying more attention to the products that I use. I recently happened upon VERB Professional Haircare Products. VERB offers professional quality hair products that do not contain parabens, sulfates, or gluten but do contain natural UV protectants and awesome nutrients. They are also color safe and can help repair damaged blonde locks. Two other great facts? They are made right here in the US and are very affordable.

One of the items I tried was their Styling Cream ($14). This cream contains argan and jojoba oils for smoothing and body and green tea, sunflower extracts and bamboo to strengthen and protect against heat styling and breakage. You apply a small amount to damp hair and blow dry and style as normal. As I have mentioned before, blow dryers and I don't get along. I usually end up with a fuzzy, poofy mane. This actually tamed all of that. My hair was left silky and shiny but not weighed down or looking like it was overloaded with products. This cream is super lightweight and has a light scent. I really like the way this made my hair look and feel, even after a rigorous blow dry.

The next product I tried was the Finishing Polish ($14). This polish contains almond fruit, green tea, and bamboo extracts as well as argan oil. I have never used a finishing polish before but now I am starting to wonder why. I really like this product! I have never really cared for hair spray or mousse because the crunch and smell just isn't appealing to me. This polish defines my style and tames my flyaway hairs while also providing a little hold. I love that I can style my hair and keep it looking fresh without it feeling crunchy or smelling like I was attacked by an aerosol can. The scent is light and fresh. A little citrus-y and a little floral. I really like it!

The last product I tried was VERB's Ghost Oil ($14). This oil is a blend of argan and moringa oils. I use an oil in my hair almost everyday and this has quickly become my favorite. When they say this oil vanishes, they aren't kidding! My hair is left feeling soft, smooth and silky and looking shiny, healthy, and light. I love that it doesn't weigh your hair down like a lot of other oils can. I have a naturally oily scalp so I have to be careful with the kinds of oils that I put into my hair. The Ghost Oil doesn't leave my hair looking or feeling oily at all. I really recommend this product for fellow oily scalp sufferers. You can reap the benefits of hair oils without the worry of adding more oil to an already oily situation.

I couldn't be more pleased with VERB products. They are truly professional quality at an affordable price. Their line contains 11 products in whole and there are definitely a few more I really want to try including the Leave-In Mist, Sea Spray, and, of course, their Shampoo and Conditioner! Head on over to VERB's website and check out all of their products for yourself. They also have really helpful step-by-step instructions for each product and very accurate before and after images. Follow them on Facebook and Twitter as well so you stay up to date on any news or exciting promotions!

  1. I might need this. My hair is growing out finally after about 35 years of being colored and I need to get it healthy again. Thanks for the review on this product
