Red Heart Anne Geddes Baby Slouchy Hat

Hello crafters! Get out your hooks because I just know you are going to want one of these hats ... or one in all of your favorite colors. You may recall I was sent a lovely bag of Red Heart yarns and inside was some Anne Geddes Baby which I thought would make a super soft, slouchy, fun hat.

The yarn was an absolute joy to work with, so soft and luxurious in my hands. I found the pattern HERE. I did an extra row of increases since this yarn is a lighter weight than what is called for.

It worked up super fast too.

Doesn't is lay so nice?

So relaxing and beautiful looking.

I love, love the result of the FPDC and I will use that stitch in something else soon.

I encourage you to visit Red Heart and Coats and Clark online to see all of the great supplies they offer and make sure to browse around all of the free patterns for inspiration and ideas for your next project. Look for supplies from the whole Coats and Clark family at your local craft stores as well as online. You can also connect with Red Heart on Facebook and Twitter for new products, free patterns, and promotions.

Disclosure: Red Heart provided the fabulous yarn to make these projects.

  2. That's really nice! I might as well get a jump on fall and start this now. Your work is beautiful, so even. The stitch is really nice and I can see it as shawl, too. Going to print the pattern!! Thanks!
