BoxyCharm - July

So, I am sure you guys remember the awesome BoxyCharm boxes from the past two month but let's refresh anyways! BoxyCharm is a monthly subscription box that sends out full-size and luxury-size samples of high end and on trend brands. The first item to catch my eye was the Pur-Lisse Pur, Protect SPF 30 moisturizer ($55). First off, the retail cost of this moisturizer alone completely blows the $21 subscription cost out of the water. This moisturizer provides anti-aging benefits as well as sun protection, which is a great plus. It goes on smooth and doesn't leave you sticky or greasy like a lot of moisturizers with SPF do. I really enjoy this for everyday use and it keeps my skin feeling soft and smooth, as well as protected.

The Appeal Cosmetics Luxurious Lipstick ($22) was the next item I pulled out of my box. The shade I received was Mock-Up and it is a light, mauve-y nude. This color is absolutely beautiful and the lipstick itself is extremely creamy and moisturizing. Though I like the color, on my lips it is quite a few shades lighter than my natural lip color and it isn't overly flattering on my skin tone. I do, however, love the formula and will look into other shades since this lipstick is so nice!

Up next is a Lauren B. Beauty Nail Polish in the shade Rodeo Drive ($18). Can we just pause for a moment and admire this color? It is a fabulous, rich red that I have totally fallen in love with. The polish has a great consistency and gives you opaque color in 1 thick coat or two thin ones. This polish drys super fast and has great wear time without chipping. I love it.

The Bellapierre Shimmer Powder in Gold & Brown ($14.99) was the next thing to grab my attention and it hasn't let go yet! This powder is 100% Mica powder and 100% hypoallergenic. It is a lovely shimmery nude that reflects light beautifully and can easily be worn by itself or alongside your favorite eyeshadow. This loose powder goes on smoothly, lasts all day, and gives you even color pay-off.

The last item in my BoxyCharm box was a Bellapierre Natural Lip Liner in the shade 004 Truly Red ($18). The color is a deeper, true red and is a great liner to use with your favorite red lipstick. This lip liner is a little dry but it after you start applying it, it becomes smoother. This lip liner has some serious staying power as well. The best part? It is all natural! Beautiful color, long lasting, and ingredients you can trust!
