What's really cool is I made it so that the flaps can be untied and let down. While the pictures look rather blue this is actually a purple yarn.
I hope you like this, it was one of my first hats and still one of my favorites.

Girly Sherlock Hat!
You all know I love me some Sherlock Holmes, so when I started making crochet hats I just knew I was going to make a deerstalker! Here is the end result. There is no pattern to share as I just looked at pictures and reverse engineered this one. However if you are feeling brave I found you a free pattern with no picture that should give you similar results HERE.
