Bestowed Box - November

Eating healthy isn’t easy, it can be hard to know what to try. Let’s face it not all healthy snacks taste very nice and it can get expensive to try them out, which makes it especially disappointing if you don’t like them! That is why I really love Bestowed Box. With a Bestowed Box subscription I get to sample a wonderful selection of healthy snacks every month.

The first thing that grabbed my attention this month was the Crunchmaster Multi-Seed Crackers. These are wonderfully crisp oven baked, crackers. They are 100 percent whole grain and baked! The flavor I got try is the original flavor which is perfect for dips and spreads. I really love that they have zero preservatives too.

Perfect on the crackers was the Wild Garden Hummus dip. I am a huge hummus fan, I make it all the time and I love that this hummus had no strange ingredients, just the same stuff I use when I make it at home and you can really taste that!

Eat Green Tea was a new concept to me. I always knew green tea was good for you but I had never thought about mixing it in food. Apparently edible  green tea leaves offer 100 times more antioxidants than brewed green tea. There were several pouches included and you eat one pouch a day, sprinkled here and there on your food.

Perfect Fuel Chocolate is a combination of cacao and ginseng which together can help improve endurance training. The chews help to increase stamina and mental clarity plus  as we all know dark chocolate helps to reduce stress. It’s a win win combination.

LifeIce is a tray of liquid that you put in the freezer and each tray has 24 bite size pieces. It is 100 percent natural and filled with healthy ingredients like coconut water, juice concentrates, every day health boosters and superfoods. It couldn’t be easier, freeze and enjoy the delicious and health ice bites!

We have all heard about the benefits of honey and Nectar Honey Crystals is an easy way to enjoy those benefits. What a great way to enjoy the sweetness and benefits of honey, each packet is the equivalent of a teaspoon of honey. You can just sprinkle it on anything you might have added sugar to or even sprinkle it in your drinks for some added sweetness.

My husband was fast to steal the QuestBar, which didn’t surprise me, he loves everything peanut butter and chocolate. With 20 grams of protein and 17 grams of fiber it is a sweet treat with some great benefits too. These bars are perfect for when you need a meal on the go or after you worked out hard and need some recovery food!

From Skratch Labs there were two packets of Exercise Hydration mix. One was pineapple flavor and the other lemon lime. Both are a delicious way to replenish your hydration after you’ve been sweating it out!

Speaking of hydration, Zico included a bottle of chocolate flavored coconut water. Coconut water is another thing my husband really loves so I was nice and let him have it, but he was also nice and let me taste a little of it. As you might know already chocolate and coconut go really well together and coconut water is a great source of potassium.

The last things in the box was from Salba and it was two packets of Chia Boost. I’m sure you have heard of Chia and all of its great benefits. They are rich in Omega 3s and these single serve packets make it easy to add them to your diet. The packets I had were one whole seed and one premium ground.

Isn’t that an amazing amount of healthy snacks? And what’s really amazing is Bestowed Box can be purchased monthly for $19 or they offer an annual membership of $209, both include free shipping.
