Holiday Gift Guide - For Her - Wantable

I am a bit of a makeup fanatic. I really love the monthly makeup subscription services to because it is a great way to get to try out things before you buy them. What can be a bother is getting stuff that is just way far off anything you might ever use. The Wantable makeup box never has anything in it you won’t use.

When you sign up for Wantable you tell them what you love, like, don’t like etc and even what colors you like! Then when you get your box it is based on your profile. So if you let them know you don’t like red lipstick… no red lipstick for you. How awesome is that? Inside my custom made for me box this month was:

Michael Marcus Shadow Primer, which was totally new to me. I do use a base primer but I didn’t even realize there was a special primer just for eyes. Primer really makes a huge difference in how flawless a look you can achieve and I loved the eye makeup results after using this first!

Also from Michael Marcus was a lip liner in the shade of Tapestry. It is a lovely deep shade that goes perfect with many of my lipsticks. It goes on nice and smooth with very little drag and has wonderful staying power! Good lip liner really is a must have to get that perfect look!

The Cheek Flash Loose Blush was amazing! It has the best pigment, seriously, you want to use this sparingly! It is a beautiful bright sparkly pink shade that gives me a wonderful sparkly glow. This blush also has some serious staying power, all day!

There was another lovely pink blush, this one from Girlactik Beauty. It is a cream blush called Star Powder Pink. For a very dramatic look I used this under the powder blush. If you want a nice daytime wear look tough this works beautifully on it’s own. I love how easy and smooth it goes on. The little compact with mirror it came in is cute too!


Also tossed in was a sample of Skiin Instant Skin Tightener & Line Filer. While I hate to admit I need products like this, I do. I got pretty good results with this and would certainly consider buying it in full size.
