Up first was the Color Club polish and you ladies know I love some polish. Color Club has a huge selection of color too! As the name suggests, you will be able to find a shade to suit every mood. The pigment is great too and I got a nice shade with two easy coats. Speaking of shade, the shade I received was called Peace Out Purple, which is a cheery purple shade that has a hint of a pinkish hue. It's a perfect complement for my bright Spring wardrobe and will also brighten up my more neutral fashion choices as well - win win.
Eyeliner is another must have and having a range of colors to pick from is always good. The Jesse's Girl Kohl Eyeliner is awesome! It comes in fifteen shades so you can always get the right shade for whatever look you are going for. I absolutely love that it has a sharpener on the cap too, so you can just toss it in your bag and be ready to go. I have the lovely Dark Brown, which is really my go to color for eyes.
Now let's talk lips, fabulously red lips at that! You can seriously never have too many red lipsticks. It instantly changes your look from everyday to extraordinary. From OFRA was the stunning shade Red My Lips, which is a deep, beautiful, creamy red.
In addition to looking smashing, it actually moisturizes your lips and has antioxidants, vitamin E, and sunscreen. This went on so smooth and gave flawless coverage. It also had pretty good staying power as well. I will need to grab this great lipstick in a few more shades.
For a less dramatic, yet still fabulous daytime look there was NYX Butter Gloss in a simply stunning pink called Peaches and Cream. This is a very thick, well colored gloss that can be worn in a single coat over your favorite shade to give it some shine, or in two coats on it's own. It has a really sweet smell and almost seems to melt on your lips, plus it isn't overly sticky either, which is really a nice bonus.
Also included was an eye crayon from Be A Bombshell. I didn't used to be a huge fan of crayons but they sure have grown on me lately. I think it is all about ease of use really. I mean what could be easier than drawing on a little eye-shadow? It makes it so easy to toss it in your purse and go. This can be used to line or all over as you will see is what I did. I loved how easy it was to blend too. You can have a very dramatic shade or rub it in a little for a more subtle look.
Also from Be A Bombshell was a lovely green eye-shadow called Tease. I thought it looked great with the purple and used it very close to the lash line for a punch of color. It has fabulous pigment and can also be blended down for a more neutral look.
