I received three different pieces from Matilda Jane. The first was the Love Bug Knot Top. I love all of the different patterns and fabrics on this piece. The straps are also really cool. Instead of buttoning them, you slip the strip through a button whole and tie it in a knot. I think that will be a great option as my daughter continues to grow. The top has an empire waist and ties around the back. Not only does this add a bow in the back, but also allows another way to customize the fit. The next piece was the Cloudy Puffer Tee which is a plain, white 3/4 sleeve shirt that is puffy on the end of the sleeve. This shirt is amazingly soft and fits my daughter fabulously. I also like the dimension that the sleeves provide without being overbearing.
The last item was the Sweetheart Ruffled Leggings. These ankle-length leggings are coral with yellow hearts. Just like the shirt, these are super soft and stretchy and fit my daughter great. I love that all of the items have ways to accommodate children as they grow whether it is ties or stretchiness. The versatility of these pieces means your child can wear them all together or mix and match within their wardrobe. When wearing these, Isabella was able to play, run, and jump with ease and wasn't constricted at all. Isabella also was sure to let me know multiple times that she was a 'pretty girl'.
I can't get over how adorable these clothes are. I love the way they look, feel, and fit. I will definitely be placing an order very soon.
