Rainbow Bandz Loom Kit

I love to make things and it is always an extra bonus to find something that you can make with the kids so you can all enjoy the creative process. Rainbow Bandz Loom Kit gives you a perfect way to get creative with your kids because it is easy to use and the results are fast and fun.

Inside the kit is a hook with a base opener, a loom, 24 C-clips, 600 latex colorful rubber bands which can make up to 28 colorful charming bracelets, and an instruction manual. It can also be used to make charms, and other interesting stuff like the headband I made. I used the little mini loom to make the headband because it gives you the freedom to make things as long as you like. It would be perfect for making necklaces too.

It didn’t take too long from the time I opened the box to the time I had completed the bracelet and felt familiar enough to move on to something bigger. In fact, once you get comfortable with it you can move on to more fancy design patterns and get really creative. Use short combinations to make funky rings and longer ones for crazy necklaces! You can even combine multiple loom sets to make longer and wider combinations.

The bands are the size of little rubber bands for hair but these are non-toxic and lead and latex free. At first, I dropped a few with the hook and was fumbling a bit but as soon as I finished my first project all that fumbling was gone and I was looming like a pro. The kids with their little fingers and better eyesight will have this down in no time and be able to make something really special.

You can pick up your own loom set on Amazon and make sure you grab the refill set too because I have a feeling you and your kids are going to have a blast creating and need some extra bands!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. My daughter got like 3 or 4 of these sets for Christmas. I can't tell you how many rubber bands I've vacuumed in the past 6 months! haha. But I now own many colorful bracelets. One for every possible color combo of clothes I wear! :)
