Wood Watches from Jord

I cannot even begin to describe to you how excited I am for today's post and what I am about to share with you guys! I recently got the chance to try out a wood watch from Jord and I could not be happier with it! I've never actually owned a watch but this was definitely a great start because I now don't leave the house without it!

Once I saw the Purpleheart & Mother of Pearl watch from the Cora series, I fell in love. This watch is absolutely stunning, to say the least and I don't even have words to fully describe how much I love it! It features Purpleheart wood, a Mother of Pearl dial, Swarovski crystal markers, and sapphire crystal glass.

This is a self-winding watch, so no batteries are required which I really like since I am so new to watches. I love that on the dial and on the back of the watch you can see the inner workings ticking away. You can see that a lot of thought was put into the design. I like the type of closure it has as well because you get a seamless look while wearing it with no obvious buckle.

I have worn this with everything from jeans and a t-shirt to a nice dress, and I love the way it looks! My favorite outfit that I have paired it with is the white, lace dress that I have pictured to the right. I love the way the wood stands out against the white background! I also wear this to work everyday and it looks great with my uniform (khakis and a light blue button up) as well! I haven't found an outfit that I haven't liked it with yet!

Wood Watch
I know you can't wait to see the rest of their watches; they are all gorgeous! You can see all of their timepieces, as well as learn about the materials used, inner movements, and a whole lot more on the Jord wesbite. With watches this beautiful, such attention to detail, professional craftsmanship, and a one-year limited warranty, you are guaranteed to not be disappointed!
